Lauer Realty Group’s COVID-19 Update: Prioritizing Health and Safety While Meeting Housing Needs

As we navigate these uncertain times, we remain committed to supporting your housing needs while prioritizing the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community. With the rapidly evolving COVID-19/coronavirus situation, we’ve adapted our operations to align with CDC guidelines and ensure safe practices for everyone involved.

How We’re Operating During COVID-19

  1. Office Closures and Virtual Meetings
    • Our office is currently closed to the public, and our staff is working remotely.
    • We are fully equipped to meet with clients virtually via video conferencing platforms.
  2. Safe Property Showings and Market Analyses
    • Property showings and market analyses are being conducted while strictly following CDC guidelines.
    • Realtors will only meet clients if:
      • They are in good health with no cold or flu symptoms.
      • They have had no known or suspected exposure to COVID-19.
      • They have not traveled within the last 14 days.
    • We ask clients to meet the same health criteria and limit in-person interactions to those directly involved in the process (no children, friends, or family).
  3. Enhanced Safety Measures
    • Our team has implemented safety protocols for property showings, which will be discussed with clients prior to scheduling.
    • Additional precautions may be added as new CDC recommendations are issued.
