This year, we are thrilled to feature the talented Lindsey Salzwedel, the illustrator behind Goodnight Madison, at our Atwood Avenue office.

Meet Lindsey Salzwedel: Capturing Madison’s Charm Through Art

As a Dane County native, Lindsey Salzwedel grew up surrounded by the charm and vibrancy of Madison’s attractions. Now, as the creative mind behind Expressively You, she brings these beloved landmarks to life through her colorful digital illustrations.

Lindsey’s artwork, including the 16 stunning illustrations in Goodnight Madison, celebrates the heart of the city—from the enticing aroma of Ian’s Pizza on State Street to the breathtaking sunsets at Memorial Union Terrace. Her work is a celebration of Madison’s sights, sounds, and smells, evoking nostalgia for the moments when we gathered with ease to enjoy everything this city has to offer.
