History & Home Life
A native of Middleton, I am a lifelong resident of Dane County and a proud Madisonian. In 2005, I became a licensed RealtorⓇ working fulltime and have since been serving sellers and buyers in Madison and the surrounding areas. In 2016, my wife and I sold our Cottage Grove home of 9 years and bought our current residence, a 1950s ranch in the Fuller’s Woods neighborhood of Maple Bluff, that we completely renovated . Also an artist, it was very important to me to intentionally maximize the most beautiful parts of our home while also capitalizing upon its mid-modern charm. It was a really fun project; find me and tons of before and after photos on my Facebook page.
When working with buyers, I pride myself on my ability to envision a house’s potential inspiring my buyers creativity, while also providing realistic counsel. I prioritize both knowing my clients and knowing the numbers; in partnership, we establish a long-term vision for your home while also identifying tangible next steps. When working with sellers I bring a unique and creative ability to help them prepare their home for a prompt sale at the optimal price. I love older properties, historical properties, lake homes, and homes in some of Madison’s best neighborhoods. I am focused and always looking out for my clients; finding the best home at an optimal price is imperative.
In 2017, I joined the Lauer Realty Group. The company, team, and Liz’s track record speak for itself, consistently tracking at #1 in Wisconsin, South Central MLS for sales. With a strong team dynamic, powerful results and real people, I am beyond excited to be part of LRG! Helping people in our neighborhood buy and sell real estate with superior client and customer service is what I love to do.
We are often out in the neighborhood, if you see me please introduce yourself and say hello! We love being on campus for Badger games and we often frequent the eastside food and music culture. If ever you are around at Tenney Park, you may also see Olive, our two year old Giant Schnauzer. She’s is wildly protective, viciously smart, incredibly loving, and still a crazy puppy. When weather cooperates, we travel by bicycle or moped; look out for my fat tire bike, our bright orange tandem, or the red moped with the apropos name Future VIP Champion. The people, lakes and being such a bike friendly city is one of the many reasons we love Madison.
