Pending properties were on the market for an average of 99 days with an average list price of $253,000. This is close to the national average. Properties with accepted offers are around 550, were on the market an average of 150 days & had the average price of $237,000. If the market inventory stays low like it has been we are likely to see a increase in sale prices. Even with this possibility the market should stay busy. There are new homes getting listed everyday.
For the buyers out there this means you have to move faster than other years to get the house you want. For the sellers it means higher offers & more counters.
