As you are all aware, we are currently in tenuous times and we are all taking steps to combat COVID-19/coronavirus. Circumstances are changing daily, if not hourly in the way our world is operating. I wanted to reach out and keep you up to date on how we are handling this situation as housing needs continue, even if work and social situations have shifted and been modified. Lauer Realty Group has spent the last week working in, and navigating through this current climate and every person’s health and safety is always our first priority.

Our office is currently closed to the public and our staff is working from home. We are set up and able to meet with clients virtually, and we are able to maintain CDC guidelines when we show properties or come to your home to do a market analysis. We are taking extra precautions along the way, we will only continue to see clients if we are in good health with no cold or flu symptoms, we have no known or suspected exposure to Covid-19/coronavirus, and we have not traveled in the last 14 days. We ask that you are prepared to also meet this important criteria before meeting with our Realtors and ask that only the people involved in the process be present – no children, friends, family etc.. There may be other requirements added as the CDC makes updates and recommendations. For property showings, our team has developed systems to keep all parties safe and we will discuss this with our clients prior to scheduling the showing.

Please feel free to reach out if you have real estate questions or needs. We ask that you just understand that everything has been changing rapidly. There may be a point where showings and personal meetings are suspended, but we will handle that if it happens – we are all working through this together.
