What is Lauer Realty Group Home Styling? Lauer Realty Group works with a professional home stylist who will visit our client’s home and work with them to provide advice on decluttering, rearranging, and decorating. Home styling differs from staging in that it utilizes items within your home or from our own inventory to make a space feel more optimal and welcoming, while also giving it a pop that will draw in potential buyers. Because we believe the results of what a beautifully styled home can do for a sale, Lauer Realty Group provides the initial consultation at no cost to our clients. If additional home styling is needed beyond the Stylist’s initial consult, including accent pieces and decor, the Stylist will discuss additional package options that will best be suited for the home.
Meet our Home Stylist, Emily Weber!
Emily graduated from Portland State University where she was immersed in the arts community. She ran an art gallery at a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting homeless youth while living in her own gallery space, hosting monthly exhibits. Always with an eye for design, it wasn’t until she moved to Madison in 2011 that this translated directly to home interiors.
Once back in the Midwest, Emily and her husband began renovating single family homes on the near east side, doing all the work themselves. While Emily isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty, her favorite part of a project is the final stage where all the elements finally come together. Managing rental properties and flipping houses continues to give Emily insight into the real estate industry that provides endless value when styling homes.
Emily takes a modern approach to styling and understands how to highlight features and stay true to the home’s character all while appealing to a wide scope of buyers. Emily loves working with LRG clients to support them during this stage of the selling process. Her creative, laid back approach puts clients at ease by ensuring their home is ready to sell!
Inspired by feng shui methodology, organized spaces and functional design, Emily also enjoys working with clients beyond staging to create beautiful spaces that will bring them joy every single day.
