Farmers’ Markets Everyday of the Week
If you have trouble making it to the Capitol Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, don’t worry, there are markets held almost every day in the area. One of the largest ones is the Eastside Farmers’ Market at 953 Jenifer Str. at the Wil-Mar Neighborhood Center. It’s every Tuesday from April to October 4pm to 7pm. On Wednesdays off of the Capitol Square in the 200 block of MLK Jr Blvd 8:30 am to 2pm the Wednesday Summer Market is held. Smaller than Saturday’s market but still with all the stables you would want. Fitchburg also has a very nice Farmers’ Market that is held on Thursdays May to October 3:00-6:00pm at the Community Center at 5510 Lacy Rd.
