Madison’s Restaurant Week is in full swing and this is the perfect opportunity for you to explore the great culinary treats our city and the downtown area of Madison have to offer. From fine dining to casual fare, Madison is an awesome place to dine. With many award winning chefs in town now is the time to show your appreciation for great locally sourced foods.
Great meals at a great price
The special menus for restaurant week make a top notch dining experience possible at an affordable price. Some great places are offering three course meals at incredible values during this special week designed to get us out of our house in a cold Wisconsin winter. Remember to call ahead to make a reservation as this event has become increasingly popular especially on the weekends. Large groups of friends tend to make an event of eating out during restaurant week, so if you are planning on going with a larger group, check out some non-peak reservation times. Try booking something early in the night (5 pm) or later in the evening (8 pm) to enjoy the best possible dining experience.
Don’t forget about lunch options
If dinner out is not an option for you this week, try the special lunch time menus during restaurant week as well. Treat yourself and some friends to an extended business lunch, with or without three martinis, to take advantage of the great menus during this year’s restaurant week in Madison. There is nothing quite like taking a break from your workday to dine like kings and queens to make a day flow on by.
Let us know where you are headed this week and what some of your favorite dishes were. Happy Eating…
