Meet Rachel
As a licensed REALTOR since 2003, Rachel has primarily worked as a Buyer’s Agent throughout her career and had the best time doing so. She works hard to make sure her first time home buyers make their best first investment and strives to make sure their first home is a place they could live long term if possible. Once of the greatest aspects of real estate for Rachel has been watching the transition of her Buyers move on to next chapters in their lives and have the need for her to become their selling agent.
As a result, Rachel has begun transitioning into a Listing Agent in addition to being a Buyer’s Agent. Working with Buyers for 19+ years has provided her with insight on what Buyers expect while touring a home, how to best prepare a home for showings and how to price it just right to maximize the sales price. Her listings have been selling quickly for maximum sale prices and excellent terms. It’s exciting to start seeing her name on yard signs after 19+ years in the business.
Rachel is a dedicated agent with a high level of service to her clients. You can always expect prompt responses, accurate information and she works on a timeline that is good for you and in line with today’s market. Aside from selling real estate, Rachel enjoys her family and the outdoors most of all. Stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, snowboarding, camping and backpacking are a few of Rachel’s regular hobbies. She’s taken a new strong focus on gardening, yoga and eating delicious food after her recent battle with Breast Cancer in 2021/22. She fought a hard battle and won! She’s rocking some short hair and is back to work with a lovely new work/life balance. Her desire to support local business, restaurants and farmers markets runs strong within her. Bringing people together, creating community, enjoying nature all while being environmentally responsible drives her on a daily basis, obviously she’s living in the right city!
