Meet Tamara
Hey I’m Tamara! I’m honored to say that I’ve been working in the Madison real estate market as a multi-million dollar producer for the last 20 years (but let’s keep that between us!). I focus on providing the highest quality, streamlined service to all my clients and because of that, prompt and courteous attention to detail is the hallmark of my business philosophy and the key to my client’s success. I absolutely love the humanity in what I do and I’m dedicated to treating each client with integrity, honesty, excellence and understanding.
I have many specialties – relocations, first time home buyers to seasoned buyers, vacation homes, lake homes and investment properties… as well as being an experienced Listing Agent – you name it, I can help you! I have hundreds of sales under my belt, have been a Top Producer year after year and have many accolades as well in addition to my 20+ years of experience and service to the Madison and surrounding areas. And let me tell you – just because the market can be complicated, doesn’t mean the process has to be. With the right agent and the right strategy, navigating the real estate world can be stress free, results driven and also, a lot of FUN (truly)!
On a personal level, I have a Golden Retriever, Penny, who is so fun to have around – you’ll see her pop up on my social feeds regularly. She keeps me busy! I love hanging out with family and friends, checking out new places and restaurants, etc. I’m a pretty active person which is one of the reasons I love Madison so much. You can often find me biking on the bike paths as well as hiking, kayaking and water/snow skiing. I’m always doing projects on my circa 1957 home and love going to the Farmers Market around the Capitol Square in the Summer (who doesn’t, right?!). I love giving back to the community! You can find me donating my time at various community events. You’ll also find me speaking to Fire Fighters and EMS, Law Enforcement, Military, Healthcare Professionals and Teachers as I give back a portion of my commission to “Heroes” in the community! (Ask me if you qualify for the Hero discount.)
I recently went on vacation to Australia and New Zealand with eight high school girlfriends. Wow! What an amazing trip with these dear friends! We had a blast and made so many fun memories. It was a trip of a lifetime where we saw beautiful beaches, kangaroos, stunning waterfalls, The Opera House, Lord of the Rings filming locations and so many other wonderful things. I’d love to hear about your travel experiences as well. It’s fair to say I’ve caught the travel bug! Cheers!
